Ltd., and Scotia Gold Resources Ltd. have developed a strategic

We have experience in several large and small-scale land access
and acquisition projects, both as independent contractors/consultants
and as team members. These projects include, gas pipeline survey
and construction, 2-D and 3-D seismic surveys, as well as drill
site planning, assessment, waste management and compliance. We
are well versed in the principles and application of Risk Based
Corrective Action (RBCA) and the federal and provincial criteria
for management of contaminated sites in Atlantic Canada. We also
have experience with provincial and federal (Canadian Environmental
Assessment Act) environmental impact assessment, cumulative effects
assessment, consultation, review and permitting processes. The
firms have successfully completed permit, assessment, remediation
and compliance projects throughout Atlantic Canada and our project
list includes a significant number of repeat clients.

Peter Coleman
Scotia Gold Resources Ltd. - Senior Land Agent
Peter Coleman is President and Senior Land Agent with Scotia
Gold Resources Ltd. He is a native of Nova Scotia with over twenty
years of practical experience in eastern and western Canada as
well as in the U.S. Peter has worked with and consulted for several
major petroleum companies on surface rights administration and
dealt with all levels of government. His project work has included
open house style public consultations. Peter administered the
largest freehold oil/gas acquisition ever done in Saskatchewan,
land acquisition of a number of gas gathering systems in Alberta,
as well as negotiation of surface rights for several hundred well
sites. He has handled farm-in and farm-out agreements, permitting
for 2-D and 3-D seismic projects (over 1000 km), as well as acquisition
of pipeline easements (over 1000 km).
Scotia Gold Resources has been prime consultant to oil and gas
companies regarding seismic permitting, well site leases and pipeline
right-of-way for onshore oil and gas development in eastern Canada.
David C. Carter, M.Sc., P.Geo.
Hy-Grade Geoscience - Senior Geoscientist
David Carter is President and Senior Geoscientist with Hy-Grade
Geoscience. He is a native of Nova Scotia and earned a B.Sc. (Geology)
from Mt. Allison University and a M.Sc. (Geology) from the University
of New Brunswick. He is registered as a Professional Geoscientist
(Geology and Environmental Geoscience) by the Association of Professional
Geoscientists of Nova Scotia (cert. #001).
David has over 25 years of professional experience with an extensive
background the evaluation of base metals, energy minerals and
industrial minerals. His experience includes academic, industry
and government survey work. His assignments have included:

Senior Geologist, Nova Scotia Department of Mines & Energy;
Geologist, evaluating mineral exploration the Kingdom
of Saudi Arabia;
Chief Geologist, feasibility for a rock salt mine in
western Newfoundland;
Drill Site Geologist, project to determine the source
of water into a potash mine;
Senior Geoscientist, project to develop a 20 million
barrel underground storage project.
He has completed numerous geoscience/environmental projects throughout
Atlantic Canada, ranging from environmental audits and phased
environmental site assessments to regulatory compliance and close
out of remediation programs. He has also undertaken drill site
assessment, reclaimation and waste management projects. David
is past-President of the Association of Professional Geoscientists
of Nova Scotia and a part-time lecturer at Dalhousie University
offering a course in Environmental Site Investigation.
